Today, the majority of Accro-Seal®'s business serves the original equipment manufacturing (OEM) sector. Accro-Seal can support component volume ranging from prototyping to full production with a standard lead time of under three weeks. We design and manufacture an array of custom seals, bearings, bushings, rings, and gaskets from our unique Accrolon® materials. These materials consist of base materials such as PTFE, PEEK, PFA, Acetal, Nylon, UHMW, PET, and other engineered plastics that serve a wide variety of applications and industries. These materials can be blended with materials such as glass, carbon, graphite, mineral, and stainless steel for enhanced performance.  Components can be produced up to 16 inches in diameter and can be machined to final dimensions while maintaining tolerances to +/- 0.001". 

Accro-Seal® can also provide a large portfolio of Accrolube® specialty lubricants. Many of these lubricants are PTFE fortified. These lubricants standup to strenuous operating conditions and can withstand harsh environments and a wide temperature range. Our sales staff is trained to recommend high performance grease or lubricant products that will provide a solution to your lubrication challenges.
