AccroSeal operators are proficient in the use of our CNC lathes, turning centers, and vertical milling centers. We can support component volume ranging from prototyping to full production with a standard lead time of under three weeks from receipt of drawing to finished goods. Due to our unique manufacturing processes AccroSeal can offer a wide range of sizes while maintaining better than industry standard manufacturing practices. Components can be produced from micro-machining to 16 inches in diameter or more. Our turning and milling centers can hold machined tolerances on many parts down to +/- 0.001″.

We manufacture all types of custom plastic components for our customers including seals, bearings, bushings, rings, and gaskets from our unique Accrolon® materials as well as most standard and mil-spec materials. Materials consisting of base materials such as PTFE, PEEK, Delrin®, Nylon, UHMW, PET, and other engineered plastics that serve a wide variety of applications and industries. Many of these materials can be blended with fillers such as glass, carbon, graphite, mineral, and stainless steel for enhanced performance.
